GYM POLICY
We appreciate your commitment to health and fitness at She Fitness. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please familiarise yourself with our detailed gym policies.
1. Class Bookings

All classes must be booked in advance through our designated online platform or app.

To maintain fairness, bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. We do have a waitlist.

If unable to attend a booked class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
2. Late Cancellations & No Show

All class cancellations must be made more than 1 hour prior to commencement of booked class. Failure to cancel within 1hr prior to class start time will result in a $10 fee

We discourage No Shows so therefore the first occurrence will be an immediate forfeit of class plus $10 no show penalty which will be charged to your acount, any subsequent occurrences will result in a class forfeit plus a $10 no-show penalty which will be charged to your account.

This fee is applicable to all clients, regardless of membership status, and must be settled before further class bookings can be made.

3. Membership Commitments

Members are expected to fulfil the agreed-upon membership commitments.

Any requests for adjustments or cancellations must be communicated in writing 14-21 days before the next billing cycle depending on what membership contract you are on.

Any Memberships can be paused/frozen for up to 4 calendar weeks per year with 14 days written notice
4. Late Arrivals

Punctuality is highly encouraged for all classes. Late arrivals may result in limited participation or being asked to reschedule to avoid disruption for other participants.
5. Payment and Invoicing

All fees and invoices are due promptly.

Weekly/Fortnightly membership fees are automatically deducted on the agreed-upon date. Please give at least 14-21 days written notice for any payments you wish to freeze.

Any outstanding payments not resolved within 14 days may result in the suspension of studio privileges.
6. Health and Safety

Prior to attending any classes, ensure you are in good health. It is your responsibility to consult with your doctor or medical practitioner prior to attending She Fitness.

Participants are required to inform instructors of any pre-existing health concerns or injuries before the class begins.
7. Facility Use

Respect the gym space and equipment to ensure a clean and organised environment for all users.

Follow guidelines for equipment usage provided by instructors during each class.

Return all items to their designated places after use to maintain the gym's cleanliness and functionality.
8. Communication

Stay informed about gym updates through our communication channels, including email newsletters and announcements on our official app.
